If nothing else, I think it'd be wise to at least attempt that. Therefore, it's my own theory that you have to get more specific firmware down to the region. If you look through the G2 International all things root subforum here, you'll see that many people have failed to get a fully working phone when using random KDZ's for the D802. ![]() ![]() I have not found that to be the case however. There are those who say a D802 should work with any D802 firmware (aside from the 16GB/32GB which must be specific).
